Our Story
Every support team has the same conversation at some point: why did this ticket end up here? Misrouting is quiet, constant, and expensive — it burns agent time, delays resolutions, and turns a manageable queue into a morale problem.
We built AITicketFlow because we believed AI could make this problem disappear entirely, without a months-long implementation or a dedicated ops team to maintain it. YACOSMART LTD was incorporated in December 2025, and we're now in early access — working directly with our first customers to build the tool right.
