Refund and Cancellation Policy

About Us

AITicketFlow is operated by YACOSMART LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16937189), with its registered office at 192 Downing Road, Dagenham, England, RM9 6LU. If you have any questions about this policy, email us at support@aiticketflow.com.

1. Subscriptions

AITicketFlow plans are billed monthly, per agent seat, in EUR. Your subscription starts on the date you first subscribe and renews automatically each month on the same date. By subscribing, you authorise YACOSMART LTD to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time — no notice period required. Go to your account settings, navigate to Billing, and select Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to AITicketFlow until that date, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Refunds

Our default position is no refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription continues until the period ends and no refund is issued for unused time.

We will issue a pro-rated refund in the following specific circumstances only:

  • Duplicate charge — your account was charged more than once for the same billing period.
  • Billing error — you were charged an incorrect amount due to an administrative or system error on our side.
  • Service unavailability — a verified technical failure on our infrastructure prevented you from using the service for more than 72 consecutive hours within a billing period.

Refunds are calculated to cover only the affected period, not the full billing cycle.

4. Free Trials and Downgrades

Where a free trial is offered, no charge is made until the trial period ends. You may cancel before the trial expires and you will not be billed.

Downgrading to a lower plan mid-cycle takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No refund is issued for the difference in plan cost within the current period.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@aiticketflow.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

  • The email address on your AITicketFlow account
  • The date and amount of the charge in question
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at support@aiticketflow.com before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly without the need for a formal dispute. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the immediate suspension of your account while the dispute is under review.

7. Governing Law

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
